OPL-6845 Laser Barcode Scanner

The OPL-6845 hand held laser bar code scanner incorporates several new features aimed at making the chore of scanning bar codes a less laborious one. Furthermore, the OPL-6845 is the first of a new breed of RoHS compliant devices from Opticon, showing the company's commitment to making products that are kinder to the environment. Opticon has developed a new generation of laser scan engine, which, when combined with the latest decoding software, provides unsurpassed reading performance across a wide variety of different code types and qualities. The OPL-6845 automatically switches from triggered mode to hands free mode upon insertion into the easily assembled hands free stand that is supplied as standard. The implementation of a collapsible stand has significantly reduced the amount of packaging used for this product. Available in both black and (off) white, the OPL-6845 is the perfect match for all kinds of PC, whilst Wedge, USB or RS232C interfaces guarantee a straightforward interface into both new and legacy systems.
