ALD VMP Series –  VP USB LCD Customer Display

The ALD‑VP media LCD Customer Display upgrades traditional VFD units with an 8″ full‑color LCD, USB Virtual COM interface, and three customizable zones for logos, pricing, and time. Powered via USB, it supports slideshows, fonts, and branding for dynamic retail engagement.

  • VFD operations auto‑mapped to ALD08UF‑VP LCD.
  • USB Virtual COM emulates RS232 serial port.
  • Full‑color LCD resolution at 800×600 pixels.
  • USB powered, no external supply required.
  • Automatic driver installation ensures seamless Windows setup.

Functions : instead of traditional blue-green fluorescent display of price information, you can now display –

  • Three‑zone display provides clear content separation.
  • Customizable fonts with style, colour, background options.
  • Top zone displays company logo or JPG image.
  • Middle zone shows price information clearly formatted.
  • Bottom zone supports system clock or image option.
  • Idle mode enables automatic slide show playback.
  • OS compatibility includes Windows XP, 7, 10, 11.
