Yes, you can use AT10ME-PB Printer Push Button Cash Drawer Trigger. It’s a dual-mode cash drawer trigger that allows you to open a drawer either automatically via a receipt printer or manually with a push button, no need to switch cables or reconfigure.

There are two ways to open cash drawer :
1) auto open : trigger open with POS receipt printer / printing a receipt OR ;
2) manual open : trigger open manually by push button for a NO Sale, without sales transaction such as making cash refund to customers.

POS Receipt Printer : any POS receipt printer with a DK (Drawer Kick) port.
Cash Drawer : works with 12V/24V printer driven drawer using RJ11/RJ12 connector

  1. Compatible POS Receipt Printer Interface.
  2. Cash drawer RJ11 4 Pin Plug or RJ12 6 Pin Plug.
  3.  Electrical 12~24 Volts DC, 1A.
  4.  Pin 2 & 4 or Pin 4 & 5 is solenoid.

  1. RJ12 short cable : connect receipt printer "DK" port with AT10ME "PRT IN"
  2. USB-A to Type-C Cable : USB A connect to Receipt printer USB 5V Port and  Type-C connect to AT10ME "USB POWER" Port
  3. Cash Drawer RJ11/12 connect to AT10ME "RJ-PORT".
